LONGWOOD, FL-In a world of turmoil, people are looking for answers to life's problems. What is grace and how is it relevant in our lives? The standard definition of grace is "God's unmerited favor." But it is much more than that. The answer to what grace really is and what grace has to do with each of us is in Dr. James Hatfield's Wondrous Grace ($14.99, paperback, 978-1-60477-375-0), a book that answers the question of the importance of grace to God. Grace is God's gift, so unobtrusive yet so powerful. Wondrous grace is quietly in the background, doing super natural work for God. Wondrous grace is GodÕs door to our heavenly home.

Says Hatfield, an evangelist from the Knoxville area of Tennessee, "I have been writing this book for several years now. God has opened my eyes to new truths concerning His grace. I pray that [readers] will gain love and passion for the Word of God like never before."

As a minister in the service of God for 45 years, the author has studied intensely the Bible. "Because of God's grace to me, I began a study of His wondrous grace," he says. "The more I studied and learned, the more I needed to share this wondrous grace with others."

Dr. James Hatfield has a Th.D. in biblical theology from Slidell Baptist Seminary and has been in the ministry for more than 45 years. He lives in the Knoxville area with his wife, Carla.
