MAITLAND, FL— In her new book, City of the Guardians: Introducing Alex Honor ($13.99, paperback, 9781628390148; $6.99, e-book, 9781628390155) Bee L. Kirk highlights the importance of carefully listening to one’s intuition. According to the author, each person has experienced the small, inner voice or that gut feeling—and it is imperative that we act upon these internal promptings. Bee expounds on invisible forces in real life that we can’t see; she awakens readers to the fact that there are forces fighting both for and against us.

“I want my readers to take notice in the importance of their choices,” states the author. “God isn’t physically here on this earth with us, so He uses many different ways to teach and guide us. Everybody has experienced that quiet whisper or nudge; train yourself to listen to it. God wants the best for us, not the worst.”

Bee L. Kirk is a thirty-six year old mother of two, who was born and raised in Camden, Arkansas. After moving to Texas, she worked for the Dallas County Sheriff’s Department for four years as a Detention Service Officer. While there, she came to appreciate the fragility of the unknown. She is the host of a radio talk show called “The Convo with Bee & C.C.” on Blog Talk Radio.com, and a contributing writer for SLC Magazine. Her blog is called Bee’s Buzzing Thoughts, Opinions and Reviews and it can be found at beelkirk.blogspot.com or beelkirk.wordpress.com. In addition to City of the Guardians, Bee L. Kirk has also published What’s From the Heart Reaches the Heart.
