BILL AND CINDY BARTLETT are partners in ministry at Church of the Cross in Orange County, California. Bill serves as pastor of Lutheran Church of the Cross in Laguna Woods and of Aliso Viejo Church of the Cross, a new satellite ministry in nearby Aliso Viejo. Cindy serves both campuses in the capacity of the Director of Schools for the church-run preschool and newly started grade school. They have two children, both of whom walk with the Lord — Käri, who with her husband Greg, lives in Seattle, and Derek, a student at Stanford University.
