Why do we lack the leaders with the character and skill needed in our homes, communities, businesses, churches and nation? Our present leaders must invest in future leaders. Do you want to make a lasting impact? Invest your time as a mentor. Mentoring is a stewardship of your life experience which you entrust to the next generation. As a mentor you provide “a brain to pick, a shoulder to cry on and a kick in the pants.” Encourage your protégé to be the person whom God created and called. Make a lasting difference in the lives of others.
