Hi, my name is Juanita Kerwin. I am 53 years old mother, wife, daughter, and sister from Seattle Washington. I have been a classroom teacher, vice principal, homeschooling mother and ran the Children’s ministry at my church for a brief time. Over the years I have prayed with and mentored many people and noticed many of the same concerns coming up. How do I know if the people I am interacting with are emotionally safe? How do I deal with them? How do I decide who I am and what words describe me? I have such a passion for helping people understand and love themselves and understand why they make the choices they do, so they can live a more emotionally healthier life. Over the years people have suggested that I write a book and one day with Gods prompting, I decided to do it.
