Not long ago, my husband was talking with our son on the phone. He was using the speakerphone. I heard my son ask, “What is Mom up to?” His reply? “Working on seven steps to get your sh** together.” Well, that’s one way to describe the Ndestructible™ 7 R.E.N.E.W.A.L. process outlined in this book!

Dr. Doster, a Clinical Psychologist, is founder and owner of mentalRenewal, LLC. She has also been an Associate Staff Psychologist with Doctor on Demand telemental health service since 2015 - serving throughout Georgia and International Services. Additionally, she is a consulting psychologist in the area of corporate mental wellness with GoPivot Solutions, Atlanta, GA.
She is the author of Rock Solid Parenting. Raised in Colorado, she appreciated adventures such as 4-H, rodeo, cattle drives, and basketball. Now, she is thrilled when doing outdoor recreation, especially camping and attending college sports. Her greatest blessings have come from being a Christian, wife, mom, and most recently mother-in-law.
