I am a husband, father of four, and I have six grandchildren. I have coached children ages K-12 in Physical Education for 20 years and have Pastored for over 20 years. I wrote about the inspiration for this book in the introduction part of my manuscript. I enjoy hiking, working out, reading, watching sports and eating pizza!
