Since the age of sixteen I
decided to embrace my Islam faith. I did everything my religion required of me,
from praying five times a day with ceremonial wash to visiting holy places. While living in Alberta, I was approached
many times by different people to accept their faith. Some were Jehovah Witnesses,
some Mormon, and some were Evangelical Christians. This made me go into a deeper search for the
Truth and Peace I have been searching for all my life.
I would ask myself these questions, who am I? Who
created me? Is God really up there? Out of frustration and anguish I challenged
God to speak to me directly if He is really up there and if Jesus is real. 2 in
the morning I woke up to what felt like an invisible presence in my room, and
then I heard a voice in my head saying, "go read my word and know who
Jesus is" I instantly remembered my challenge to God, I fell down on my
knew with tears running down my face I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior. It
is my strong conviction that, God wants me to share my story with the world.
So with my broken English I
have shared about a Perfect Savior. Through my journey as a Christ follower, I
have found out that JESUS IS REAL.
