Leaders across the globe are desperate for insight and instruction. Many begin their promotion into leadership excited but ill-equipped, without a clue as to how to lead. Good, well-intentioned men and women flounder. Entire organizations suffer.
Wayne Fields is passionate about leadership, especially equipping the next generation of leaders. During his 25+ years in executive leadership, he’s led corporate culture change in three established organizations that were floundering when he came on board. Wayne has a Master of Leadership Development in Non-Profit Organizations from Lancaster Bible College and an undergraduate degree from Rutgers University. With Joyce, his wife of 40 years, their three children, and their five grandchildren, Wayne lives out the tenet that life balance is vital to successful leadership.
