Darrell L. Peavy is a native of Atlanta Georgia. He is the author of three other books: Your Circumstance: It’s Not That Bad, Breaking Free From The Crutch Syndrome and Making Your Mind Work For You. He is also an educator and a motivator. He currently teaches in the Jackson Public School District (Sykes Elementary School) where he was strategically placed, met an extraordinary Principal and received the inspiration to write this book. His passion is to do all he can to bring about change in the lives of everyone he encounters. He also has one child, a daughter: LaTia Peavy.
Regina Hutchins has been educating children her entire life! She began in high school working with the children in her church through various programs. She attended Mississippi College where she earned her BS in Education and continued to New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary where she earned a Master’s in Religious Education. She began her teaching career in 1984 and remained in the classroom through 2014. In the fall of 2014, she became the Library/Media Specialist at Sykes Elementary where she has remained until the present.
Daniel Taylor was raised in Vicksburg, Mississippi. He is 23 years of age and is inspired by his loving family: Regina Clark (Mother), Henry Clark (Step-father), and two younger sisters, Mercedes and Kionna Taylor. He is a gifted artist and an aspiring music producer.
