Nancy M. Tate graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Pfeiffer College in Misenheimer, North Carolina, in 1972. After teaching elementary math and science and coaching junior basketball at a local high school, she went into the textile industry. Currently, she is the Plant Industrial Engineering Manager at Mastercraft Fabrics LLC in Spindale, North Carolina.
She has served her church and neighboring churches as lay speaker, Bible study teacher, Sunday school teacher, and music director. She enjoys traveling, music, sports, and learning more about the Bible every day.
