Norm Salter wrote this based on all the good and bad situations he has
seen from his experiences. He gleaned knowledge from his contacts over
the years while contracting and coaching. Much of the book is based on
actual events that touched his life. He compiled and tied it all
together in this novel, which he hopes people can use as a resource to
learn or it may be something they relate to.
