“Rev. Friday Ganda has unswervingly set the goal of developing nationals in leadership and has never been slowed down by cultural and language differences as is seen here in the booklet. He has achieved that goal in every location where he has served. As a local pastor, a District Superintendent, and a Missionary, he has left a legacy of passing the baton to the next leader in one church to the other, one country to the next, and across the grasslands of Africa. The practical and the methodical principles that he uses are simply contagious!
