We all have a story to tell. Each of us has had unique experiences and endured specific challenges that have worked together to mold who we are today. Through our stories, we can inspire others, and our testimonies serve as a remembrance of everything the Lord has brought us through.
Designed to Serve His Own Purpose by Pialo Tabadi is the true story of the author’s compelling journey from being born on a coffee farm to a polygamous household with pagan religious practices in Togo, West Africa, to serving as a Christian missionary in the United States with her husband and two young children. Along the way, Pialo encountered many challenges, from abandonment by her father to mistreatment by classmates envious of her intellectual prowess to three attempted rapes and even attempts made on her life. Through her story, it is evident that the Lord was guiding her each step of the way, moving the pieces into place for her destiny to come and using everything the enemy meant for evil for her good.
Pialo uses a blend of scriptures and object lessons to both recount her experiences and challenge readers who aspire to have a deep relationship and walk with God as it is portrayed in the Scriptures. Inspired to write by the Holy Spirit and encouraged by her family and friends, Pialo aims to prepare readers for the return of Christ and the blessed hope and unwavering assurance of spending eternity with Him.
