“If you love Me, you will keep My commandments.”
(John 14:15)

Jesus commands us always to pray and have constant fellowship with the Father. It is through Prayer that we bask in His glory. Prayer also releases the power of God. It is a powerful vessel, and throughout history, many things have been wrought through prayer. Yet, prayerlessness has broken our fellowship with God.
Sometimes, some of us grudge prayer because there is no sweet fellowship with God due to our prayers being an act of duty as a form of Christian discipline. If our hearts and minds are barren in prayer, then we are not praying effectively; thus, we will not bear fruit. However, we should have an earnest desire to fellowship with God and not just pray because of needs but have a consuming desire to spend time with the lover of our soul. We should love the Lord with our whole body, mind, and soul. Prayer is the most earnest way we exemplify our love to God. During prayer, we are most conscious of God’s presence, and this is the time that we can give all of our being to Him. Prayer is intimate fellowship with God and seeing it as such can bring value to our prayers.

This Book Is Written by the leading of the Holy Spirit. Every chapter is a wonderful blend of Biblical Principles on Prayer and personal testimonies of the effects of prayer and prayerlessness. So, I pray that through this book, I can be the means to lift you up from a lower state of grace to a higher atmosphere so that you can become to esteem and love prayer more than you did before reading this book. Prayer is a blessed thing. We need to pray more. For God’s Word tells us that we ought to pray without ceasing. As for -myself, as Luke stated in Acts 20:24, “I do not account my life of any value nor as precious to myself,” my only desire is that “I may finish my course and the ministry that I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God.”
It was only through prayer that I never lost my faith, my joy, or my praise.
