A novel of suspense and drama set in contemporary South Africa.
TiNyiko, a young girl living in a poor rural village and struggling to overcome her brutal past, finds herself a contestant in a reality singing competition that offers her all the trappings of wealth and fame. With each step of her journey she faces yet another challenge and must draw on her deep spiritual strength to confront the demons of her past and the exploits of an unscrupulous producer bent on destroying her.
McKibbin writes a compelling novel based on actual case studies encountered while she worked in Mpumalanga, South Africa. With strong attention to detail, she illustrates the inner struggles of each character, allowing you to experience, with stark reality, a series of events that actually took place - until the climax is reached with a surprising ending that will leave you captivated.

This is a book that will resonate with
you long after the final chapter.

Profits from book sales are reverting to “TiNyiko’s”
