Marlin Harris came to know Jesus as a junior in college, and since that moment has carefully followed his will, serving in Bangladesh as a missionary journeyman (1975-77), then obtaining a master in healthcare administration (1980) and serving as the executive director for the Baptist Hospital in Asunción, Paraguay for eleven years. Upon his return to the States he began teaching Spanish at Prattville High School for 14 years, as this was revealed as a very inviting mission field also. Recently he authored a book, Bible Study, and album on the Beatitudes. “The Beatitudes have brought me much closer to My Lord, and him, much closer to me, which led to the writing of this book.” Because Jesus wants to have a deeply personal relationship with everyone he encounters. That is the purpose of this book, to make Jesus more personal to you!
