The Pauline epistles of 1 Timothy, 2 Timothy, and Titus are called Pastoral Epistles because they consist of instructions given chiefly to the young pastors Timothy and Titus. The Apostle Paul was a spiritual father to Timothy and Titus, as well as others who were born again under his ministry.
Dr. Phillip G. Richards has served the Lord in full-time ministry since 1978 and understands the need for spiritual fathers in our day. As an experienced pastor, evangelist, and teacher, Dr. Richards continues to pour into the lives of God’s people, at Rivers of Living Water Ministries in Elkins, West Virginia where he is Associate Pastor. He also enjoys teaching theological classes at Victory Family Church in Cranberry, Pennsylvania. Dr. Richards is a graduate of Rhema Bible College in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He received his Th.M. and Ph.D. in theology from Life Christian University in Tampa, Florida. Dr. Richards resides in West Virginia with his lovely wife Linda, and is available for speaking engagements for seminars and revivals in other churches.
