You are interested in studying the Bible— good! God has something more valuable than gold for you in His Word. May we suggest for your benefit a bit about this study book? Perhaps it might help you under-stand how it "goes together" and aid your study of I Corinthians, part of God's Word in man's language.
This study initially had twenty-six (26) lessons, enough for two thirteen (13) week quarters, with each lesson intended to present some section of I Corinthians, along with some comments. Each volume of thirteen (13) lessons was published separately. This commentary uses this pattern but combines them all into one volume, which will serve for your "table of contents," in showing the "plan" in which the commentary is written
Author is a retired preacher of thirty-eight years, and a professor and/or Academic Dean of thirty years.
