REV. GRACE OLUFUMIKE ADE-GOLD was born in Nigeria where her parents were ministers of the missionary church. She demonstrated leadership qualities as a chapel prefect in high school, a member of the Christian Student Union executive board in college, and a youth leader in church. She accepted the Lord Jesus in 1979.
Rev. Grace, as she is affectionately called, is the co-founder and vice president of Overcomers Christian International. Prior to her call into full-time ministry in 1996, she taught religion and music at several high schools in Nigeria and Jamaica. God now uses her in praise and worship, intercession, preaching, healing, counseling, and deliverance. She is also an accomplished writer, having authored A Guide for Deliverance Ministers.
She holds master's and bachelor's degrees in Christian ministry from the Chesapeake Theological Seminary in Maryland, USA, and a teaching diploma in music and religious education from Kwara State College of Education in Nigeria.
Rev. Grace Ade-Gold is married to Bishop Joseph Ade-Gold and they have four children: Christine, Gloria, Shekinah, and GodRose.
