Leaders are born, not made!
Leadership is more than position. It's more than money and power. If you are a leader, God made you a leader. Leadership from the Inside Out reveals that God alone appoints leaders and that divine appointment is the single greatest factor determining a leader's success.
While the ability to lead is God-given, the inner qualities required for effective leadership are learned and tested over time. Leadership from the Inside Out defines these qualities and examines them, in the light of God's Word. After all the celebrations of all the accomplishments, our work will be judged. Like sound investments, true success keeps its value over time. True success can be measured by the results left standing in the end. Leadership from the Inside Out proves that leaders who are called by God and submit themselves to His disciplines achieve true success.

"Walter B. Hoye II is
both President and Founder of the Issues4Life Foundation, the California Civil Rights Foundation and Founder of the Frederick Douglass Foundation of California.
God used the premature birth (six months, 2.1 pounds) of his son to teach
him that the fetus is a person, a living, breathing human being. As a young man
Walter played football at Michigan State University where he graduated
with a master's degree in sociology in 1980. In 1983 he graduated from
the United States International University, now Alliant International
University, with a master's degree in Business Administration. Walter received
the "Hero at Heart Award"
from Life Issues Institute for outstanding courage on behalf of innocent
life, the "John Wise Award" from the Family
Research Council at their "Watchman on the Wall Conference, the
"St. Gianna Molla Award"
for "courage under fire" in the Pro-Life movement and
was the subject Chuck Colson's
Martin Luther King, Jr.'s Day BreakPoint. Walter has served as a
leader for the Pro-Life movement despite the personal costs.
His "Letter from the Santa
Rita Jail" and California Human Rights Amendment appeal for
Personhood entitled "Why
I Can't Wait" are now classics. Walter competes in
the San Francisco Marathon and catches an NFL, NBA, NHL and MLB
game whenever he can. Walter is the father of two children. He and his
wife, Lori, live in Union City, California."
