Like The Wind
The Life of Elizabeth
Przepiorka Landis
and Her Escape
from Domestic
Violence/Abuse
This book is a collection of a journal kept by a
young woman in her fight against abuse. This book will hopefully open the eyes
of many people so that they are aware of the devastation that abuse can cause
for generations. The abuse that occurs: stems from domestic violence to the
abuse of power and ends with the loss of physical abilities and at times the
loss of life. It also covers the devastations caused to innocent people because
of the abuse of power. To the many survivors that are still with us and to all
that have lost a loved one to this disease. We must stop/prevent this disease
so that our future generations will not have to experience this horror. God did
not make anyone on this earth to be abused by another. The respect for every
human being should be a standard. The respect for life appears to be lost at
this time and must be found again. Through prayer and education of those
unaware of the things that cause these unwarranted deaths, it is time to end
the vicious cycle.
