Even after 3000 years, the Psalms still provide healing. Regardless of how you are feeling, there is a Psalm that can bring insight to your being. This book uses the Psalms as a foundation to find order and comfort for those of us who live with mental health issues. Even if you aren’t dealing with a mental illness, this book is inspiring both for Copers and Supporters.
