As a Sunday School Teacher and lecturer Samuel (Sam) Radobenko first came on the scene in the early “90’s” with his teaching series Signs of the Times called “Decade of Destiny”. After serving in the military as a Platoon Sergeant for Six Years, Sam was appointed to serve as a Chaplain to a Fire Department, where he served for Twelve Years.
