How did a small Midwest church become a very active, outreach-conscious ethnic church of complex multicultural believers from Taiwan, Hong Kong, SE Asia, China and USA? Uncle Reggie (Reginald Tsang, MD) was founding elder, and served for 46 years in numerous leadership capacities, at the Cincinnati Chinese Church. That extensive experience has given him a practical perspective about growing an ethnic church, and the special challenges of leadership in a complex multicultural setting. His particular burden has always been the raising of the next generation committed to serving the Lord, the major reason for this book. Professor Tsang has been a practicing Neonatologist, eminent clinician-scientist, and co-founder of Medical Services International with Dr James Taylor, serving SW China tribal minorities since 1994.
