Among believers, it is no mystery that God grants us gifts to use in service of His kingdom. For those of us called to create in His name, whether we stand firmly upon a lifetime of faith or have only recently come to know our God, any bit of art, music, poetry, or prose that can touch another person’s life is a treasure direct from Heaven.
For some, create though we may, it can be a challenge to release our words into the world; many of us simply require a push. The Scribe is one author’s response to this calling upon his life. Teeming with original poems, thought-provoking explorations of faith, and short fiction, this collection from author L.T. Judd brings together key selections from a body of work spanning decades.
Whether you’re looking for imaginative fiction saturated in themes of faith, essays that dig deep into a range of topics concerning the church, or verse that falls somewhere in between, The Scribe is likely to meet you where you are. Join in and see what God may have put in here just for you.
