To think, I almost did not participate in this tournament. Someone dropped out at the last minute and I subbed as a replacement for him in the competition.  I never imagined that I would walk away that day with a new 1986 Dodge Dakota Truck.

It’s an autobiography of the life of Square Morris Holloway Jr. This autobiography gives its readers a sneak peek into the past (1940s-1960s) life in the South and the many events that followed. Morris reflects back on his life as a African-American young man being raised in Birmingham, Alabama during segregation and his migration to the North in search of a better career and opportunities He describes his journey and the challenges that he faced in his career, talking about the barriers he experienced as a Black amateur & pro golfer and the difficulties that came with being an Black real-estate agent in the 1960s-1970s. These stories tell of his endurance and stubborn perseverance in the face of adversity and how despite the obstacles, with the help of God and God’s many interventions, he was able to flourish!
