Her spiritual make-up is singing and writing gospel songs. She is Miss. Midwest of 1984 beauty pageant winner at the Nancy B. Jefferson Foundation. Gospel singer Vanessa Brown of The Brown Sisters crowned her. Also, she is proud to be an active NAACP member.
