The reason for writing this book can be found in
2 Corinthians 11:28 – “…my deep concern for the churches.”
I started to see more and more religion and culture creeping into the churches of today. And, it has not slowed down. I have seen the authority of Christ and his word taking a “back seat” to worldly standards, humanistic philosophy, and materialistic desires.
It is clearly evident, even among many well-known leaders in the “Christian” community. The problem is that the majority of the people in the churches are hanging on every word and being influenced by their false teaching.
I pray that God will use this undertaking to challenge and help people to search the Scriptures and draw close to the Christ of the Bible.

I was not raised in a Christian home, but rather in a religious home. There was an atmosphere of “morality,” but it was subjective. Then, in 1989, Jesus Christ became real and life started to change. There was a difference between religion and Christianity. It was not about how “good” man could be, but how much God has already done for man, in and through the finished work of Jesus Christ. There was no more of man trying to reach God through good works, (religion). It was all about God reaching down to man with his free gift (Christianity). What a powerful, gracious, and merciful, love that can never be conquered, a love that stoops. It is not about me, but about the One who saved me. His love for me compels me to share all He has given with all who desire to know Him.
