As we journey through terrains of life, adversities and afflictions are real and shared human experiences. No one is exempt from the challenges of life. Regardless of who you are, we all face problems of life that we must overcome. This book “Out of the Dungeons: Facing and Overcoming the adversities of Life” is a product of experiencing the Living God in my own dungeons and difficulties of life. Life difficulties inflict pain, cause stress, and grief. Believers are to surmount their mountains and walk through dreadful valleys of life all while still maintaining joy, hope, faith, and strength. It’s overwhelming to comprehend. How can that be achieved at once? It is only by the presence and power of the Lord Jesus Christ, because of the victory He won for those who trust Him.
This book summarizes my learning from the life of Jesus Christ Jesus my Savior and Lord, and the experiences of some heroes of faith in the Bible, and my personal revelation from the Holy Spirit about adversities. My intention with this book is to bring encouragement and hope to those that read it.
