LONGWOOD, FL-Many young Christians can benefit from guidance of some kind, but there are far too few books on the subject. How helpful would it be if there existed a crash course on Christianity? Because of the lack of material on the subject, author Robert Odam, M.D., penned Christian Life 101 - I Wish I Knew These Things (paperback)-In order to answer all the questions young Christians have upon accepting Jesus Christ into their lives. The book, written in simple language, is meant to admonish believers through an encouraging and loving tone.
Says Larbi-Odam, a resident of Shakopee, Minnesota, "The title of the book is challenging. I believe many will like to know what they should have known when they became new Christians. There is always a desire in a Christian to be better in their life and bear more fruits. The book covers every topic relevant for Christian growth."
A Christian for more than 15 years, the author has studied basic Christian growth, taught Bible study classes, and designed and directed new converts classes. His book is based on subjects he personally developed and taught in his current church when he was superintendent of Bible study classes. He believes the topic is as relevant today as ever-and it will continue to be as long as there are more Christians coming to God.
