This book was inspired by the author's experience of being laid off from work at a time when she was looking forward to enjoying life with her husband as an empty nester. At the age of 54 she questioned God and wondered how she would start over. What she learned was that people may not always know the reason things happen, but they must trust God and be receptive to what He has in store for them no matter what. "This book was an inspiration from God," she explains. "In writing it I was ministered to and know that the readers will also be ministered to."
