MAITLAND, FL— Within the pages of Casey M. Brewer’s
new book, Defining Moments ($15.49, paperback, 978-1-62509-093-5; $7.99,
e-book, 978-1-62509-094-2) readers will be challenged to put complete faith and trust in God—particularly
in unfavorable situations. The author’s hope is that his audience will gain “real
hope and encouragement to press on through the difficult times that certainly
will intersect their lives, to realize that God is working to redeem pain,
uncertainty, and disappointment, and to use them as strategic strengthening
tools in their lives.”
“Defining moments will most certainly intersect our lives, but the most important factor is how we react and respond,” states the author. “Our responses reveal our level of faith and trust in God, as well as play a huge factor in what outcomes we encounter.”
Casey M. Brewer obtained Business Management degree from Texas Tech University, and spent several years in full-time vocational ministry as a Youth Pastor, followed by almost six years in the capacity of Corporate Business Manager for a highly successful West Texas business. Currently, he serves as a European Field Representative for the mission organization Prepare International. Casey and his wife reside in Lubbock, Texas, and have three children. While “Defining Moments” is Casey M. Brewer’s first published project, this material has been used as public teaching material in both church and business environments, and has garnered praise as one providing highly effective and helpful perspective for a wide variety of groups.
