Author
Jeanette Peasley has penned a novel for young adults called The
Path ($22.99, paperback, 9781498450812; $9.99, e-book, 9781498450829). During the five years she served as a youth
leader, she came face-to-face with many of the issues young people face on a
daily basis.
In this 5-star rated book, Peasley tells the story of Fianna
Deaux, a teenager in a new town faced with a lot of new decisions. Her interest in a boy who follows God
wholeheartedly makes her question everything she thought she knew.
“There are many different paths in our
life's journey. The choices we make determine the paths in which we follow,” said Peasley.
Jeanette
Peasley was born in Colorado, but grew up in a military family which gave her
the rare opportunity of living and experiencing many places in the world. She
received her bachelor degree at the University of Southern Colorado-Pueblo. Her
dream has always been to write and publish works of fiction that inspire people
to realize their potential. She resides in Colorado with her husband and two
children and is an active member of her church Praise team. This is her first
novel.
