In Simple Truths, author Shaun Peavy chooses several topics to
discuss that are noted areas of concern and uncertainty among
people. Peavy’s dialogue about free will explains that it is a gift from
God that people have somehow re-directed to mean they can do whatever they want
without consequences. He reminds readers that the only way to redeem one’s
choices, and to use free will as God intended, is through accepting Jesus into
one’s heart.
Other discussion topics in Simple Truths include
disguised demons in life, the sins of business, and the dangers that come from
hate and anger. Peavy expounds on each chapter point with scriptural truths, as
well as personal experience, to relate the guidance God wants believers to
follow to break out of the darkness.
Simple Truths seeks to provide an open forum to readers to compare

has been married since 1998 and has three children. As an outdoors guy, Peavy
took things apart to see how they worked and if he could make them better. As
this interest grew along with age, he eventually went to a mechanic school and
earned a certificate for diesel repair and also auto A/C. Peavy would later
understand that earning these certificates would allow him the time he needed
to write this book that the Lord has put on his heart to help others who
otherwise would or could not ever have reached out for help.
