“Jail! That’s where I found myself sitting; an unexpected turn of events brought these unwelcome circumstances,” said Dr. Liverpool. “I could not comprehend how my upstanding Christian lifestyle brought such a horrid resolve. Bewildered and humiliated, I shelved my pride and asked God for answers. My eyes were opened to the many forms of captivity evident in these accounts, and in some cases, in my own life. This revelation brought profound insight that narrowed to the single point, that jails of the soul can be temporary if we dare to confront them and break out.”
