I felt called to write this book and share my experiences, hoping that I can help young girls and women struggling with the pressures of a society that demands perfection in every way, to learn to believe that we are beautiful and worthy!”
Carol Lumsden worked as a Registered Nurse for over forty years. She is now pursuing a new career as a writer and speaker. Lumsden was born in South Africa and raised on a farm. She currently lives in Southern California with her husband, Gerrit. Lumsden enjoys reading, walking, golf, and nature in every form. She also enjoys music and thrives on humor and laughter.
