Author Joseph M. Rea disseminates much-needed beauty into the world with The Art of Ted Goerschner ($57.99, paperback, 9781662838828; $67.99, hard cover, 9781662838835; $9.99, e-book, 9781662838842).
Rea met self-proclaimed “colorist” Ted Goerschner at a serendipitous meeting in 1980 and was completely blown away by the painter’s expressions of design, values and color. This meeting blossomed into an inspirational friendship and, eventually, into this published collection of Goerschner’s work.
“For reasons I have not understood, no-one had produced a ‘coffee table’ book on Ted’s paintings. With that in mind, and lots of help from my publishing company, this book has become a reality,” said Rea.
Joseph Rea is a retired professional counselor with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Biology, another Master’s in Professional Counseling, and a graduate diploma in Christian Counseling. Rea and his wife, Linda, live in Mesa, AZ. They have a son, a daughter and four grandchildren.
