LONGWOOD, FL-In They Came from Another World ($24.99, paperback, 978-1-60957-149-8), a new title by Xulon Press author Bruce Lee Minson, a teenager named Cole Alan Turner--or "Cat"--searches for the truth about life and the universe. A combination of curiosity and imagination--that sometimes gets him in awkward situations--fuels his love for adventure. One of Cat's teachers tells him about the hidden truths behind the Big Bang Theory and how "true science will never contradict the Word of God." The teacher's statement prompts Cat's pursuit of the truth, leading him and his friends down the Golden Pathway that will bring them to Eleeshaum, the God who created all.

"My book tells of restoration, of restoring the old ways that produced righteousness and joy and happiness, not selfishness, which this world basically is," the author says. "I think that it would do society good to go back to biblical principles, and they need to hear this whether they believe it or not."

Minson, who pastored a church for four years and has worked in full-time ministry for a cumulative 35 years, believes that his book speaks to the heart of all humanity and says that God is needed in today's day and age. "I hope that the story will help the reader to find a true relationship with Christ and His Father or strengthen what he or she already has," he explains. "We need God!"
