LONGWOOD, FL-Matthew Webster had heard about the lofty concept of God's providence but had never experienced its truth. The challenges he faces in Ronald Christy's action/suspense novel, The Zyglo Inquiry ($17.99, paperback, 978-1-60647-662-8), bring him face to face with the forces of evil that are beyond his capacity to combat. His need to depend on God and others in order to survive-and to discover the truth about what he has unveiled-will shake him to the core. This novel is the first in a planned series of books that revolve around the character of Matthew Webster. For his first-time foray into fiction, the author examined themes such as danger, mystery, and love in order to better represent God's providence in the lives of His people.

Says Christy, "God is a very present help in time of need. His faithfulness and persistent care is an anchor to the soul. God's providence is very much an active force in the daily lives of His people. In good times or bad, God is weaving the fabric of our lives for our good and His glory."

A former church deacon and Bible study teacher, Christy has previously authored gospel tracts and evangelistic literature, and he has 20 years' experience in manufacturing and materials with a Fortune 500 company. His latest venture attempts to explain the mystery of God's providence through a story about people struggling with real problems and challenges.
