Pastor and Christian attorney Jeffrey Daly says no. The spiritual blessing that once encompassed the White House has now vanished. Daly says that it was a powerful epiphany in 1991 that brought him to Christ. Ever since then, he immediately saw how he and others in the New Age were "speaking for themselves" and making themselves their own "god." He prayed to Jesus Christ for forgiveness and then became a new creation in Christ with a whole different perspective on life. Now he works on political campaigns and initiatives and writes to help educate people on the dangers of omitting God politically.
