Xulon Press title asserts that there is a future for the earth

2008-09-19

LONGWOOD, FL-God has had an eternal purpose for the earth ever since the beginning of creation. This unique purpose includes mankind and, contrary to popular belief, the earth-and mankind's tenure on it-is not coming to an end. In Edward L. Brownlee's new release, The Never Ending Story Bible View: The Earth Will Never End ($13.99, paperback, 978-1-60647-503-4), the Xulon Press author says that God created the earth not in vain and He formed it to be inhabited always-and it shall be so.

Says Brownlee, "I want to express that there is a future for the earth, and that it is not coming to an end like some people believe. Yes, there are hard times coming for the earth and its inhabitants, but in the end the earth will be fine. In fact, according to the Bible's view, it will be the best earth ever in the end."

Brownlee began his life as a child of God because his father was a minister and he taught him the Bible from his youth. An ardent student of the Word of God, Brownlee has held various positions in the church, including a Sunday school teacher, an associate pastor, and a pastor. He has given lectures on Bible prophecy, in particular, several times over the years of his ministry. His unfailing interest in this subject-and the public's hunger for a book about it-was what led him to pen The Never Ending Story Bible View.

Edward L. Brownlee presently pastors a small church in his hometown of Warsaw, Illinois.
