Dr. Bell--a partner in a CPA firm in the Pacific Northwest--served in the Marine Corps for 20 years, including two tours on the frontlines of Vietnam. Additionally, he attended seminary, where he received both a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry degree with a focus on strategic leadership.
