Holy Spirit Wisdom Is Only a Breath Away

In frustration, author turned to God and received inspired teachings

LONGWOOD, FL-As a teacher for God, author Brenda Boggs was frustrated, burned out, and boring. She cried out to Him, saying, "No more! If You will teach through me, I'll be a willing vessel, but I can't do it on my own." Not long after this, He heard her prayer and allowed the Holy Spirit to teach through her. In Holy Spirit Teach Me (paperback, 978-1-60477-425-2), the byproduct of her experience with the Holy Spirit's teaching and leading, the author has compiled a collection of teachings from the Holy Spirit gleaned through prayer and study, and she says He is waiting to teach you the same as He did for her.

Says Boggs, "I pray that anyone reading this book [who] has the desire to teach God's Word will realize that it is possible to gain understanding, wisdom, and knowledge of God's Word and the power to step aside and allow the Holy Spirit to teach through them. I understand what Paul meant by saying, 'I did not receive it from any man, nor was I taught it; rather, I received it by revelation from Jesus Christ'" (Galatians 1:12).

Baptized at the tender age of 11, Boggs has been a Christian for years. Through the daily experiences she has had with God, He has become so real to her in everyday life, and she wants to be able to share that with others. "God taught me and touched me; He opened my eyes, ears, and heart," she says. "He also wants to give that experience to whoever wants it. This book will allow people to see how that happens and hopefully experience that for themselves."
