LONGWOOD, FL--God is always with His children when they put their life in His hand; He knows their every thought and will surprise them when He answers an unspoken prayer. He will send angels to protect them, and return their love in countless ways. Within the pages of Jeanette Wescott-Creel's new Xulon Press release, In the Hand of God ($12.99, paperback, 978-1-61579-721-9), the author will help turn the hearts of believers to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. It is her hope that readers will understand Jesus gave them the privilege of helping Him to build His church by carrying out the work of the Great Commission, and spreading the gospel of salvation to friends and strangers.

"What was God's intention in compelling me to write this book?" the author says. "Personally, I believe and pray that it will make a positive difference, prayerfully, in thousands, perhaps millions of lives and ultimately in societal behavior, assuming worldwide readership."

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, the book came into being when, one day--without warning--Jeanette Wescott-Creel suddenly began writing and didn't stop until she was finished. She then read it through and knew it could be a tool for reaching unsaved people. It is her hope that this book will get the reader's attention in much the same way God got her attention when she first began writing her book. "God is not willing that any should perish," she explains.
