LONGWOOD, FL-Throughout the many seasons of a person's life, there are both difficult and easy times. Within the pages of A Season of Prayer: 40 Day Devotional for Women ($11.99, paperback, 978-1-60957-207-5), by Xulon Press author Nyreia Harrington-Stephens, readers will be inspired and encouraged to trust God in the difficult seasons of their life. It is the author's hope that this book will resonate with women from all backgrounds, and that it will teach them how to approach the throne of God with zeal and passion in their time of need. The words contained within it have the power to bring transformation and inspire a greater prayer life.

"This book is God-inspired and a gift to the body of Christ," the author says. "Each day of the devotional will bring a greater presence of God into your life. As a result of reading this devotional, you will have a great sense of passion for prayer."

Harrington-Stephens, a chosen servant of God, says that her pursuit of God's call on her life has led her to pen this book. As a transformed vessel, her goal in life is to be a change agent in the earth by using her past experiences of broken relationships, inner healing, and restoration to help encourage others to give their life to Christ. "I want to help others realize their God-given potential," she explains.

Nyreia Harrington-Stephens is a licensed professional Christian counselor and therapist. She currently resides in Detroit, Michigan.
