LONGWOOD, FL--Every day of the week, Xulon Press author Peggy Edwards pens a daily devotional that is emailed to a multitude of people around the world in the morning. The responses to these musings have ranged from "How did you know that I needed that today?" to "How did you know I was going through this?" Due to the overwhelming influx of encouragement--and after feeling led to do so by the Holy Spirit--the author began compiling these daily devotions in a book titled Good Morning Message ($23.99, paperback, 978-1-60957-419-2). This new release is filled with many of her daily devotions that are meant to encourage and strengthen Christians over the course of a year in the Word of God and in their service to Him.
"I want you to know that God loves and cares about each of your life circumstances, and that we have a hope and promise for eternal salvation for our soul when we serve our God," the author says. "It is meant to be an encouragement for your Christian walk here on earth, to remind you that God loves you and wants the best for you."
Edwards, a wife, mother, and grandmother, says that she enjoys photographing the wonders of God's creation that He has created for man's enjoyment. "He enables me to quiet my soul among His creations and to be close to Him during these walks," she explains. And it is these quiet times spent in communion with God that have inspired many of her devotionals. It is her hope that these reflections will resonate with readers who are searching for hope and comfort as they walk on this earth.
Claire Ruebeck-Graham was born in Delaware. She is a wife, mother of five, grandmother of four, and first-time author. Her parents and six siblings were the start of her educational and social training, and the foundation of their Christian family.
