LONGWOOD, FL Healing Hands of God ($10.99, paperback, 9781612157702) is a true story written by Suzan Custer Oxtal to glorify God and to share with others how He healed her son who had little to no chance of surviving after birth. Oxtal expresses how He revealed his power and grace to her family with hopes that this book encourages readers to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Healing Hands of God portrays how God worked in Oxtal's life and how she continues to seek a strong relationship with Him. She includes in her book that people should know that real life miracles happened in Biblical times and continue to happen today.

Healing Hands of God shows that faithfulness can prove how awesome and powerful God is. Twenty-one years ago Oxtal witnessed a miracle as God saved her son from certain death due to an undetected birth defect. Over the years she has watched her son grow into a strong young man; was prompted by the Holy Spirit to testify to the incredible events that occurred after his birth. Healing Hands of God started out as a chronicle for Oxtal's children but has since turned into a story of a modern-day miracle that will provide comfort to others.

Suzan Custer Oxtal was born in Virginia, but lived in Puerto Rico until she was 11. She made a short stop in Philadelphia, PA, but her teenage and adolescent years were spent in Huntington, IN. Oxtal grew up in a family of teachers, ministers and missionaries and has experienced the hand of God throughout her life. Suzan currently lives in Tampa, FL where she raised two wonderful children with her husband Ron. Oxtal explains that she has no formal training or writing skills but has studied the Bible for many years.
