Ruth Nieves Lacomba says the inspiration for writing this book came from God and was cemented by her attending an armed forces graduation. At this graduation, she was able to see the discipline, organization, and other characteristics of the military regimen. As she saw all of this, she prayed to the Lord, asking, “If this is so in the physical world, how should it be in the spiritual world? How should it be in our military regimen as your army here on earth?” This prayer led her to continue praying and studying various sources of spiritual and physical warfare in order to refine the drafting of the book that He Himself had put in her heart to write.
