MAITLAND, FL— Within the pages of John Sipple’s new book, Back to the Cottage ($15.99, paperback, 978-1-61996-199-9; $25.99, hardcover, 978-1-61996-200-2; $7.99, eBook, 978-1-61996-201-9), readers will gain an understanding of what true leadership looks like in a business environment. Sipple presents his personal journey from small family businesses, through Corporate America and into the Information Age. He shares the principles and techniques he has learned along the way and how, if applied correctly, is still relevant.

“[This] book isn’t exhaustive, but it offers enough know-how to help leaders/entrepreneurs get started and perhaps, more importantly, realize that it isn’t rocket science. Any ambitious leader can use these principles to embark on a path that will progress his or her organization,” states the author. “Back to the Cottage chronicles the values and principles I learned in the cottage business of my youth. I hope my story sparks leaders to test these values and principles. They’ll learn how to create and enjoy major success by paying attention to seemingly minor details.”

John Sipple has over thirty-five years experience in manufacturing management with Fortune 500 companies. He has managed several facilities in the United States, Canada and Europe and has also served as a leadership coach for a variety of smaller companies. Currently, the author is president of The Business Resource Network, which is a company he founded to assemble experienced leaders to help others achieve success in the global marketplace. Sipple received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Marietta College in Ohio.
